Most awnings, such as those for windows and porches, are made with a galvanized steel frame which can be taken apart to facilitate end of the season storage (these are commonly called knock-down frames). We also can make them with a welded aluminum framework to enable year round usage for an additional cost. Knockdown frames can also be used year round but is not recommended.
